Mary Bird Perkins Beneficiary of Stirling Properties Golf Tournament

(Baton Rouge) – Stirling Properties held its 8th Annual Stirling Invitational Golf & Tennis Tournament on October 20 at The University Club in Baton Rouge. Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center has been the charitable recipient of proceeds from this event since 2004. This year the Center received a generous donation in the amount of $10,000. To date, Stirling’s donations to Mary Bird Perkins from its Invitational tournament amount to over $35,000.

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center has been fighting cancer for over 35 years with locations in Baton Rouge, Covington, Hammond, Houma and soon to be in Gonzales. It has comprehensive cancer programs with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge and St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
