Brent Parker, PhD, has joined Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in the position of Academic Medical Physicist. He comes to Mary Bird Perkins from The University of Texas Medical Branch. Parker was formerly a Graduate Research Assistant with the Department of Radiation Physics at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. He earned both a master of science and a doctorate in Medical Physics from the University of Texas – Houston Health Science Center.
