Reception on the Northshore Welcoming Dr. R. Scott Bermudez

Dr. R. Scott Bermudez, the latest physician to join the Southeast Louisiana Radiation Oncology Group practicing exclusively at Mary Bird Perkins, was welcomed at the Center’s Greater Northshore Leadership Reception held at the home of Kirk and Cindy Williamson on Thursday, March 11. Members of the Greater Northshore President’s Council, as well as Mary Bird Perkins Board member Randy Waesche, extended words of welcome and inspiration to guests. Dr. Bermudez began treating patients at the Covington location at the beginning of this year. Dr. Bermudez graduated from Duke University and attended Harvard Medical School. He joins Mary Bird Perkins from the residency program at the University of California, San Francisco, where he was chief resident in Radiation Oncology.
