Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center believes communities benefit when the expertise of hospitals, local physicians, support organizations and the cancer-only focus of Mary Bird Perkins are linked together to form a comprehensive cancer program. Mary Bird Perkins coordinates the entire continuum of cancer care for patients through comprehensive cancer programs with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington and Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma. In addition, Mary Bird Perkins and St. Elizabeth Hospital offer expanded cancer care to the citizens of Ascension and the surrounding parishes. Through a partnership between Mary Bird Perkins and Woman’s Hospital comprehensive breast cancer services are available through oman’s Comprehensive Breast Care.
