The Board of Directors of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is composed of not more than 26 members, including the following officers: Chariman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, President, Medical Director and Past Chairman. Each member serves a three-year term which is renewable. The terms are staggered so that one-third of the positions are filled in any given year.
As a community-owned nonprofit organization, the members of the Board of Directors serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no remuneration for their services.
